Return Policy:

Return Country - United States, or Canada.

  • Our policy is valid 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a customer refund or exchange after this time but contact us and we'll do our best.
  • Our refund policy is that customers can contact us if they have questions.
  • Prepared Hero wants you to be beyond satisfied with your experience with us so we have made returning or exchanging products easy. If you are dissatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, you may return or exchange unused or damaged products up to thirty (30) days from the date that you received an order for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs, according to the following terms. You may also return your product for store credit or a different product, at your request.
  • To obtain a refund or exchange, you must return any damaged or unused portion of your order, your return or exchange must be approved, and the return or exchange must be received within thirty (30) days of the date you receive your order. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to any error by Prepared Hero is not subject to this refund policy. Return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any amount refunded. You will not be refunded the original cost of shipping the products to you.

The following terms apply for all returned or exchanged items: 

  • To initiate a refund, email us at order-notify@preparedhero.com or call 1-888-457-2672 (Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST). You may also initiate a return by replying to your order confirmation email. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to return the order for a full refund of the product price, less shipping and handling costs. We will provide you with a shipping label by email. Please send all items back to us using the label provided.
  • We cannot process refunds or exchange packages marked “Return to Sender”.
  • We will not accept the return or exchange unless the product is sealed in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product.
  • Send returns to the address provided on the return shipping label along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
  • You may only exchange products that arrive to you defective or damaged.

Definitions for the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Prepared Hero Family Limited Partnership, 37171-30 N. Gould St. Ste R, Sheridan WY 82801, United States.
  • Goods” refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Returned products must be sent to the address customer service provides on the return shipping label along with the provided RMA #. The address will depend on the region your shipping address is located. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 5-7 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution. 

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
